2013 Probat Probatone P12. We’ve outgrown this beauty and don’t have space for it, so we’ve got to let it go. Absolutely rock-solid Probat roaster. We roasted 22-pound batches (max) M-F since 2014 without any serious issues, and we cleaned it weekly so it’s in tip-top condition. Requires 110v and natural gas source. Cyclone and chaff bucket included. 6-inch Jacob tubing for exhaust is needed; ours extended 22 feet straight up from the cyclone without issue.
