Sales for Crop to Cup Coffee Importers. Crop to Cup began working with smallholder farmers in Uganda in 2005. We now operate globally, but we focus on the fringes—communities that are often the most vulnerable link in the supply chain. This leads us to places often overlooked by specialty coffee: origins like Nepal, and regions such as Kerinci in Sumatra and Colima in Mexico. We work to elevate quality and advocate for producers, sharing their coffees, stories, successes and challenges. Since our founding, we have connected more than 50 producing communities to hundreds of specialty roasters. We are now seeking an exceptional individual to join our trading team in Brooklyn (location flexible) to build new relationships with roasters. This is primarily a sales role, but will also require a deep sensorial understanding of coffee and some participation in quality control and sourcing activities. We believe relationships happen face to face, so up to 50 percent of your time will be spent traveling. Above all, we expect that you will share your individual passion for coffee and demonstrate our shared values as you do so. If you’d like to learn more about joining our small team as we grow, please get in touch at
