Presenter Bio
With nearly two decades of experience throughout the coffee and hospitality industries, Erick has worked extensively with roasters of varying sizes in both the U.S. and Australia. From sample roasting to sales, Erick brings a broad understanding of the challenges faced by roasters today to his current position at Cropster. A former St. Kilda resident, Erick is currently back in the states with his wife and their dog.
