Jason brings over 20 years of experience as a coffee professional, spanning roasting and green buying for businesses both large and small. Starting his roasting journey during the second wave of coffee, Jason was also at the forefront of Queensland’s third-wave coffee movement. Career highlights include a second-place finish in the AASCA Coffee Roasting Championships, building and selling several coffee roasting businesses, creating supply chains in emerging origins, and running programs to connect roasters directly with smallholder producers. Jason remains more passionate about coffee than ever and loves sharing ideas and helping others achieve their coffee goals.
