Nick Schmitt’s passion for coffee ignited while working as a barista in various coffee shops in Central Wisconsin. After two years at Roastar focused on coffee packaging, he became its first Specialty Coffee Ambassador. In that role, he serves as a liaison between Roastar and coffee roasters to identify and understand their needs and ensure that developments in packaging best support the specialty coffee industry.
